We have a (3) step process we follow:
1. We do a brief phone interview.
2. We get you on the computer to learn more. You meet other members of our online community. Stay @ Home Moms, college students, even police officers.

There are (2) sides to this business: You can be a sales agent. You can be a recruiter.
We are looking for recruiters.
You can do what I'm doing. Help Other People. Recruiters give jobs back into their community!
They build relationships,they build teams, and coach others to be successful.
They work at home, pick their own hours, and earn daily.
You will use a computer and phone to make money.
(1) You will advertise our incredible work at home opportunity by placing ads online.
These ads can go on Craigslist, BackPage, Facebook, even a flyer or business card.
(2) You will answer what we call "TRUE INBOUND CALLS" from people who are interested already in what we have to offer:
They want these things:

2. legitimate company they can trust
3. flexibility
4. great pay
5. excellent benefits
6. adequate training

So every call you get, you will talk with them a little bit.
You will send them a website. The website you send to your callers will do a lot of heavy lifting for you.
It will do the selling- telling- and entertaining for you.
They
will have detailed videos that will go over the company, the product,
the pay, and benefits, bonuses, and our fantastic community.
Many of us on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
Over 80% will call you back and say, YES, I WANT TO ENROLL AND JOIN THE TEAM.

3) You will earn $150 for every call you signup.
You sell them the best thing: a job, excellent benefits. You will earn $150 per call.
PAY:
2 calls per week = $300 per week or $1200 per month
4 calls per week = $600 per week or $2,400 per month
10 calls per week = $1,500 per week or $6,000 per month
The more calls you take / The more money you make!

The (1) website is MCA: our national benefit company. They will register and pay for their benefits; Auto, Health, Legal and Travel services.
You will earn $80 when they get their Benefits.

The 3 things that you do each day will be:

2. answer inbound calls
3. help others join this fantastic company... and earn $150 per Enrollment.
